What is Fighting Fit for Cancer?

  • Group exercise program
  • Ten-week committment
  • Three classes per week
  • Combination of pilates class and circuit classes involving cardio, strength training, boxing, flexibility, balance and co-ordination training
  • Fitness Assessment at the beginning and end of the session
  • Supervision and guidance by a physiotherapist 
  • Detailed report at end of program for yourself and your doctor

  • Social support from other people diagnosed with cancer
